卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤致抗NMDA受体抗体副肿瘤性边缘系统脑炎一例 被引量：7

摘要 一、病例摘要 患者17岁,因＂精神行为异常1 d,发作性抽搐伴意识丧失9 h＂于2010年3月27日收入北京友谊医院。患者1 d前突发记忆障碍、行为异常,后间断癫痫,全身肌强直,伴意识丧失,持续时间约1-3 min。既往体健。查体：体温37.4℃,脉膊90次/分,血压120/80 mm Hg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）,神志恍惚,言语流利,查体合作。
