CD44v6与子宫颈癌转移的相关性研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨CD44v6在子宫颈癌中的表达水平及与宫颈癌转移的相关性。方法选择宫颈癌组织35例(其中有淋巴转移者25例),宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)组织30例;正常宫颈组织30例。应用免疫组化方法检测CD44v6的表达水平。结果 CD44v6在宫颈癌、CIN及正常宫颈组织的阳性表达率分别为82.9%、46.7%、10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌有淋巴转移组CD44v6的阳性表达率(96.0%)高于无淋巴转移组(50.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD44v6在宫颈癌组织中呈高表达,参与了宫颈癌的发生、发展过程,并在子宫颈癌的淋巴转移中起重要的促进作用。
