122例甲状腺癌CD44V6检测结果分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:研究CD44V6在甲状腺癌中的表达及其与甲状腺癌侵袭、转移的相关性。方法:采用SP免疫组化法检测122例各种甲状腺癌组织中CD44V6的表达。结果:CD44V6主要表达于癌细胞膜,阳性表达率在甲状腺乳头状癌、隐匿癌、滤泡癌中分别为61.91%(26/42)[78.57%(11/14)、53.57%(15/28)]、50%(20/40)、75.00%(30/40)[66.66%(12/18)、81.81%(18/22)]。低分化滤泡癌和有转移乳头状癌CD44V6表达分别高于高分化滤泡癌和无转移乳头状癌,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD44V6的表达与甲状腺癌分化程度、浸润和转移关系密切。CD44V6检测对甲状腺癌的诊断、分化程度、转移趋势和预后评估具有重要参考价值,是甲状腺癌侵袭、转移和预后判断的分子标志物。
