卤族吸入麻醉药的神经毒性及其机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 每年全世界超过20亿人接受手术治疗,大部分手术都是在吸人麻醉下完成的,目前临床上常用的卤族吸入麻醉药有异氟醚、七氟醚、地氟醚等。目前临床麻醉中热切关注的问题之一是卤族吸人麻醉药对手术患者的神经毒性作用,表现为术后认知功能障碍、神经元退行性病变及学习能力下降等。卤族吸入麻醉药的神经毒性与麻醉药的种类和剂量、细胞的类型有关,其可能机制也是多途径的,目前研究比较多的是细胞凋亡,具体包括细胞内Ca^2+平衡失调、全脑蛋白质组学表达变化、β-淀粉样蛋白的增加及神经突触递质受体的变化等。本文综述了目前所发表的有关卤族吸人麻醉药物神经毒性及其机制的研究,旨在认识和了解这方面的最新进展。
