氢-水蒸气稀释条件下脱氢催化剂的性能 被引量:1

摘要 为了扩大异丁烯的来源,解决甲基叔丁基醚的生产原料问题,文中研究了使用氢气和氢气-水蒸气为稀释剂的情况下,Pt-Sn-K/Al2O3催化剂上异丁烷脱氢生成异丁烯的行为。实验发现:提高反应温度,2种稀释条件下异丁烷的转化率均得到提高,但在氢气-水蒸气稀释条件下异丁烷转化率的增长幅度更大;与单一氢气稀释相比,氢气-水蒸气混合稀释能够显著提高异丁烷转化率,异丁烯的选择性和催化剂的运转周期;另外,催化剂中适宜Sn的浓度也对保证异丁烷的转化率和异丁烯的选择性起到重要作用,低浓度的Sn能够提高异丁烷转化率,而过量的Sn会导致异丁烷转化率迅速下降。最后对失活催化剂的再生进行了研究,结果表明,通过烧焦-还原再生后的催化剂,催化剂活性可以得到完全的恢复。 In order to develop more resources of isobutylene as the raw materials of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE),the catalytic behavior of Pt-Sn-K/Al2O3 catalyst in the dehydrogenation of isobutane to isobutylene was studied with H2 and H2-steam as diluents.The results show that the conversion of isobutane in H2-steam conditions grows more quickly than that in H2 conditions when heightening the reaction temperature.Compared with using H2 only,using H2-steam as a diluent significantly increases the conversion of isobutane,the selectivity to isobutylene and the run time on stream.It can also make the catalyst keep nicer stability.In addition,a suitable amount of Sn in the catalyst is also important for obtaining an appropriate conversion of isobutane and high selectivity of isobutylene.The low concentration Sn can improve the conversion of isobutene,whereas the high amount of Sn can reduce it.Finally,the effect of regeneration of the deactivated catalyst was also investigated.The experimental results indicate that the activity of the deactivated catalyst can be fully restored when the catalyst is regenerated by coke burning-off and reduction.
