摘要
Pt-Sn-K/Al_2O_3催化剂用于丙烷催化脱氢具有活性高、选择性好等特点,是目前开发出的最好的小分子烷烃催化脱氢催化剂之一.作者用常规浸溃法在7-Al_2O_3上分别负载Pt,Sn或(和)K等金属元素,制成一系列催化剂,考察丙烷在这些催化剂上的临氢脱氢反应中各组分的作用。结果表明:Pt是主要的脱氢活性组分,Sn和K本身对脱氢反应并无催化作用,但它们作为助剂组分却可以显著地提高催化剂的选择性和稳定性。增加丙烯收率。
Pt-Sn-K/Al_2O_3 is one of the best catalysts for dehydrogenation of propane because it is highly active and selective. A series of catalysts have been prepared by impregnating Al2O3 with Pt, Sn and/or K compounds. The dehydrogenation reactions of propane over these catalysts in presence of hydrogen are studied. The results show that Pt is the main active dehydrogenation component. Neither Sn nor K has dehydrogenation activity, but the selectivity and the yield to propene can be improved greatly when they are added to Pt/Al2O3 as co-catalysts. K can also prevent coke deposit on catalyst and improve the stability, of catalyst.
