摘要
根据板式换热器模具的特点,介绍了从CAD零件图到三维建模的基本操作过程,并具体分析凸模模芯头部的铣削过程。从工艺方案拟定和铣削路径优化等方面对板式换热器模具铣削加工进行阐述,并通过实例验证其可行性。
According to the characteristics of plate heat exchanger mould, the basic operation process from CAD drawing to 3 D CAD model was introduced. The milling process of the head of the punch core was analyzed specifically. The mould milling of plate heat exchanger was described from technics scheme framing, milling path optimization and other aspects. Through an example, the process feasibility is verified.
