摘要
多次切割技术是将粗、精加工分开,通过主切和修切2种不同加工工艺解决加工速度要快,表面质量又要好的矛盾。根据电火花线切割机床工作液智能交换装置,分析了工作液种类的选用、工作液主要性能参数、极间供液形式及工作液温度等关键问题。应用正交试验方法拟定了试验方案,对中走丝线切割机床科学的使用工作液有重要的意义。
The technology of multiple cutting that separates rough machining and fine machining. The contradiction of processing faster and better surface quality can be solved by two different processing of main cutting and trimming. According to working fluid intelligent switching device for Middle-speed WEDM, it analyses key problems that species selection of working fluid, main performance parameters of working fluid, electrode for liquid form, working fluid temperature and so on. It designs test scheme of working fluid by orthogonal test method, which has important significance to proper use of working fluid for WEDM.
