后基因组时代的微生物遗传学 被引量:1

摘要 微生物遗传学是建立在经典遗传学基础上的、揭示微生物遗传和变异的一门独立的学科。微生物遗传学研究的内容包括微生物生长、发育、分化、代谢以及进化等生命现象的基本规律。粗糙脉孢菌(Neurospora crassa)四分体的遗传分析为孟德尔式遗传提供了直接证据。
