摘要
针对来源广泛、价格低廉的08Al钢,替代铜、覆铜冲挤拉伸雷管管壳存在的掉底、裂纹、成品率低等缺陷,通过七连冲床的5次冲挤拉伸实验,从工艺、热处理、润滑、参数等方面着手研究。研究结果表明:固体、液相复合润滑能显著提高金属08Al延展性;采用08Al钢板涂机油、冲盂、木粉滚光、退火、磷化、皂化、冲挤等工序,提高了管壳的强度;降低退火温度、缩短保温时间等工艺避免氧化脱碳;优化的冲挤拉伸和模角参数不仅便于管壳成型且提高了模具寿命。该冲挤拉伸工艺,提高了管壳的成品率,成形的产品满足GB8031-2005要求,实现了材料的彻底替代,有效地降低了生产成本。
Aiming at falling base,crack,low yield flaws and so on of 08Al taking place of copper in stamping and extruding detonator tube process,through five times stamping and extruding experiments,the flaws were studied from technology,heat treatment,lubrication,parameters aspects.The results show that solid liquid compound lubricating can significantly improve the ductility of metal 08Al;using coating oil to 08Al steel,cupping,rolling finish with wood powder,annealing,phosphating,saponification and stamping-extruding process,the strength of the tube shell is improved;reducing annealing temperature,shortening holding time and so on avoid oxidation decarbonization;optimization of stampingextruding and die angle parameters improves the tube shell forming and die life.The stamping and extruding technology improves the yield of tube shell,the finished products meet GB8031-2005 requirements,the material replacement is thoroughly realized,the production cost is effectively reduced.
