摘要
电器用金属板的传统生产方法是铜铝闪光焊对焊或直接采用铜板压制,产品性能得不到保证,且耗费大量铜材。试验一种新的生产方法——将铜铝过渡板改为铝板单面或双面覆铜和将电器导体改为镀锌钢板单面或双面覆铜,采用爆炸焊接。结果表明,该方法工艺简单,产品性能稳定,可节约大量铜材。
Metallic plate used in electrical equipment is manufactured traditionally by end to end copperaluminum welding or made directly by copper plate.Its performance is proved to be not good enough,and consumes a large quantity of copper material.A new manufacturing technique for constructing products is tested.The technique involves changing copper to aluminum adapter to aluminum plate covered with one or double face copper,and copper material in electrical equipment to steel plate covered with one or double face copper,and explosive welding for manufacturing.The experimental result obtained makes it clear that the new manufacturing process is simple,and the performence of new products is stable,and copper material is saved on.
