摘要
目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(Narrow-band ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法寻常型银屑病患者338例,随机分为两组。治疗组170例采用中药药浴后即刻进行NB-UVB照射治疗,对照组168例单纯采用NB-UVB照射治疗。两组患者均隔日治疗一次,连续治疗8周,观察疗效。随访半年,统计两组的复发率。结果治疗组与对照组的基本治愈率分别为64.7%和39.3%(P<0.01),总有效率分别为84.7%和70.2%(P<0.01)。随访半年,两组复发率分别为18.2%和31.8%(P<0.01)。结论 NB-UVB照射联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好,副作用小,复发率低。
Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） combined with traditional Chinese materia medica（TCMM） bath. Methods Totally 338 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups.The 170 cases of treatment group took NB-UVB after TCMM bath and the 168 patients of control group only took NB-UVB,both having the treatment every two days with continuous treatment for 8 weeks. ResultsThe basic cure rate of the treatment group and control group was 64.7% and 39.3%,with the total effective rate of 84.7% and 70.2%.After follow-up for half years,the recurrence rate was 18.2% and 32.8%（P0.01）. ConclusionsNB-UVB radiation combined with TCMM bath for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris takes good curative effect,less side effects and low recurrence rate.
