摘要
定置管理是5S活动的深入和继续。在实验室日常管理中引入定置管理理念使实验室的日常管理工作更加规范化、制度化。文章介绍了工程力学实验室日常管理的具体实施方法、运用的现代化管理手段及取得的成效。
fixed location management is the deepening and continuance of 5S activity. Introducing the fixed location management makes daily management of laboratory more regular and institutional. This paper introduces the concrete method of daily management, implementation of modern management method and its achievement in engineering mechanics laboratory.
