摘要
高职教育的目的就是培养实用型和技术型的人才。针对高职院校中人才培养模式的缺点,提出将5S管理应用于高职院校的人才培养模式中,通过不断强化和循环运行,从而全面提升广大师生的素质,这对高职院校的建设以及人才的培养都能起到积极的作用。
The purpose of higher vocational education is to cultivate practical and technical talents. According to the disadvantages of personnel training mode in higher vocational college, 5S management is proposed, which is applied in personnel training mode of higher vocational college. By constant strengthening and cycle operation, the quality of all the teachers and students can be promoted, which can play an active role in the construction of higher vocational college and the cultivation of talents.
