全景式案例是现实企业的全息投影。全景式案例分析有助于提升管理类专业学生在企业管理实践中综合运用所学知识分析并解决复杂背景下的人力资源管理问题的能力。在人力资源管理课程教学中应用全景式案例分析需要慎选章节并采用与小案例结合运用的方式。通过调查与新闻报道阅读及后期加工可以获得比较理想的全景式案例。
Panoramic case study can enhance the student＇s ability of solving problems of HRM in a complex background because it is a holographic emitter of a true enterprise.To use this kind of case,the careful choosing of content and the integration with small case are needed.There are two ways to obtain panoramic case,one is to get information from a true enterprise by investigation,and another is from newspaper.Both need a further processing.
