摘要
在高职院校中,普遍存在学生违纪现象,对正常的教学工作和日常管理带来严重影响。本文在对宁部分高职院校学生各种违纪行为及违纪学生特点深入调查研究的基础上,研究违纪现象的成因及特点,并提出减少和防止学生违纪行为相关的教育管理思路。
As we all know,the comprehensive undisciplined and disobedient phenomena in higher vocational colleges has seriously infested the normal routine teaching tasks and daily man- agement studies.This essay will investigate some undisciplined phenomena and disobedient students in Nanjing institute,on the basis of which,we will sort out some distinctive reasons and features,and in additional come up with some new educational management ideas to decrease disobedient phenomena.
