摘要
中国一直以来是提供全球国际留学生源的主要大国之一,却在高等教育服务输出方面与发达国家存在较大差距。随着近年来国际留学生数量的不断快速增长,本文从高等教育和科技发展、经济发展、人才储备三个方面探讨高等教育国际化对国家发展的促进作用,并分析加快发展在华外国留学生教育对我国高等教育国际化发展战略的要求。
China has been one of the main countries for provid-ing international students,whereas it is far less developed in exporting higher education services compared to developed co-untries.Considering the continuously rapid increases in the am-ount of international students over recent years,the paper disc-usses the benefits from the internationalization of higher educ-ation to national development in respects of higher education and technological development,economic development and talent repository,and then analyses the requirements which the intern-ationalization strategy of Chinese higher education should sati-sfy for the sake of accelerating and improving foreign oversea students＇ education.
