摘要
目的:探讨在CT引导下应用单次弹射活检针经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用有效性及安全性。方法:选取我科2007年3月至2010年12月未明确诊断的肺部周围型结节或肿块58例患者,应用单次弹射活检针在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺获取病理标本。结果:全部病例均获得病理标本,穿刺成功率100%,明确诊断57例。其中肺癌49例,结核5例,炎性假瘤3例,报告坏死组织1例。结论:在CT引导下应用单次弹射活检针行经皮肺穿刺活检是安全有效。
Objective： to discuss the application in CT guided single ejection biopsy needle percutaneous lung puncture biopsy in the clinical application of effectiveness and safety. Methods： from March to 2010, December, 2007 1 not clear diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary nodules or masses in 58 cases of patients with single ejection biopsy needle in CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy for pathologic specimens. Results： all cases were obtained in pathological specimens, puncture success rate 100%, definite diagnosis in 57 cases. One of the lung in 49 cases, 5 cases of tuberculosis, 3 cases inflammatory pseudotumor, report of necrotic tissue in l cases. Conclusion： under the CT guidance application single ejection biopsy needle percutaneous lung biopsy is safe and effective.
