透明质酸钠预防腰椎间盘突出症术后神经根粘连的动物实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察透明质酸钠对预防腰椎间盘突出症术后神经根粘连的疗效。方法:选取纯种雄性长耳兔40只并随机分为两组,显微镜下模拟临床行兔腰1~2椎间髓核摘除术,一组于术区神经根周围覆盖吸附透明质酸钠的胶海绵;一组覆盖吸附生理盐水的胶海绵。术后8周活杀动物,大体、光镜下观察两组兔术后神经根粘连情况。结果:透明质酸钠组与生理盐水比较预防术后神经根粘连效果有显著差异(肉眼观察粘连分级P<0.05;光镜观察粘连分级P<0.05)。结论:透明质酸钠对预防腰椎间盘突出症术后神经根粘连有一定效果。 Objective:To observe the effects of sodium hyaluronate on nerve root adhesion after operation of lumbar disc protrusion (LDP).Methods:Select purebred Long-Eared rabbits and 40 were divided into 2 groups randomly.Mimic a Long-Eared rabbits clinical model of operation of lumbar disc protrusion in the first and second lumbar part vertebrae.Then 2 groups Long-Eared rabbits were irradiated by 2 different models of physiological saline group and the Sodium hyaluronate group,the surfaces of nerve rootadhesion were covered by after lumbar in-tervertebral disc protrusion.The samples of spinal cord were taken out from the same locum of the first and second lumbar part vertebrae on eighth weeks after lumbar in-tervertehral disc protrusion. All the samples were observed by the naked eye and electron microscope,to observe the classification level of congtutination tier lumbar in-tervertebral disc protrusion.Results:Sodium hyaluronate played a very important role in preventing from the nerve rool adhesion after lumbar intervertebrat disc protrusion,the classification level of conglutination in the physiological saline group was much higher than the Sodium hyaluronate group(observation by naked eye P〈0.05;observanon by electron microscope,P〈0.05). Conclusion:The injection of sodium hyaluronate after operation of LDP has effect on preventing post operative nerve rootadhesion.
