陈旧性股骨颈骨折动物实验研究

摘要 用断端间插入硅胶片的方法,在家兔身上复制了陈旧性股骨颈骨折的动物模型。实验发现,股骨颈骨折的愈合主要靠远折端的血运,形成内骨痂。陈旧性股骨颈骨折在单纯内固定下即使断端不切新、不植骨、不外固定也能愈合。断端间有多量的纤维结缔组织形成,其中的纤维细胞可转化为成软骨细胞或成骨细胞,骨折愈合需经过软骨骨痂阶段。 The animal model of old fracture of femoral neck was successfully produced in rabbits by inserting a slice of silicone between both fragments, The study showed that the healing of fracture of femoral neck mainly depends on the blood supply of the distal fragment, forming internal callus. The old fracture of the femoral neck can heal only by using simple internal fixation without fresening up in the ends of both fragments, bone grafting and external fixation. But the healing is slower than that of the fresh fracture. Between the ends of the fragments. a great number of fibrous connective tissues are formed. Fibrous cellswithin the connective tissues can change into chondroblasts or osteoblasts. In the course of the healing of the old fracture, there is cartilage callus.
