MDM2基因与乳腺癌研究进展

摘要 MDM2(Murine Double Minute)最初是在自发转化的成纤维细胞中发现的,可与p53蛋白结合,抑制p53介导的转录活性和阻止p53诱导凋亡的作用,引起肿瘤发生.人体许多肿瘤中都存在MDM2基因的扩增表达,且表达程度往往与肿瘤的临床分级、病理分期、是否转移有关.目前,已证实MDM2基因加速乳腺癌恶性转化,研究结果表明,乳腺癌的疗效与MDM2蛋白的表达程度有关.本文对近年来有关MDM2基因在乳腺癌中的研究作一综述,探讨其与乳腺癌的生物学行为、预后、治疗的关系.
