摘要
目的:探讨常规湿化与未湿化中低流量(4L/min)鼻导管吸氧对患者呼吸道症状的影响是否有明显差异.方法:选择呼吸内科接受低流量、低浓度吸氧患者800人,按随机数字表将以上患者随机分成湿化组(400例)和非湿化组(400),记录每组患者吸氧后的呼吸道症状、细菌检出情况及不适症状并行统计学分析.结果:两组持续中低流量鼻导管吸氧12h后,湿化组出现鼻咽干燥的患者共39例(9.75%),未湿化组为52例(13.0%),χ2=1.156,P〉0.05;两组持续中低流量鼻导管吸氧24h后,湿化组出现鼻咽干燥的患者共71例(17.75%),未湿化组为103例(25.75%),χ2=0.274,P〉0.05;说明两种不同的吸氧方式对患者呼吸道影响差异无统计学意义(P〈0.05).两种中低流量鼻导管吸氧患者应用不同时间的细菌检出率比较,P〈0.05.结论:中低流量鼻导管吸氧无需常规湿化.
Objective:To investigate the conventional wet and not wet in the low flow (4L/min)nasal oxygen catheter in patients with respiratory symptoms impact on whether a significant difference.Methods:Respiratory Medicine to accept low-flow.low concentrations of oxygen were 800 people,according to the random number table above were randomly divided into the wet group (400 cases) and non-wetting group (400),recorded after each patient oxygen respiratory symptoms,and symptoms of bacterial detection in parallel statistical analysis.Results:There were continued in the low-flow nasal cannula oxygen for 12h,dry and wet group of patients with nasopharyngeal there were 39 cases (9.75%).not wet group 52 cases (13.0%), x 2=1.156,P〉0.05;two continuous low flow nasal oxygen catheter after 24h.dry and wet group of patients with nasopharyngeal there were 71 patients (17.75%),not wet group 103 cases (25.75%), x 2 =0.274,P〉0.05;illustrate two different ways of oxygen effects on the respiratory tract was no significant difference (P〈0.05).Two kinds of low-flow nasal cannula oxygen patients the detection rate of bacteria at different times more.P〈0.05.Conelusion: The low-flow nasal cannula oxygen without conventional wet.
