摘要
对上海市各区（县）部分医院吸氧装置湿化瓶中湿化液检测３９３份样本。其中，非一次使用性与一次使用性湿化瓶中湿化液细菌总数＞１００ｃｆｕ／ｍｌ、污染霉菌或绿脓杆菌者分别占５８９５％（２１４／３６３）与８０００％（２４／３０）。湿化液污染微生物程度随湿化瓶连续使用时间延长而加剧。
