应重视胸腰椎骨折手术方式的合理选择 被引量:3

摘要 在脊柱创伤中胸腰椎骨折尤为常见,多由垂直暴力、屈曲压缩、屈曲牵张、或合并扭转或侧曲暴力引起,严重者可合并脊髓或马尾神经损伤。手术治疗的目的是恢复脊柱序列和力学稳定性及解除脊髓神经压迫和恢复椎管容积,以利于脊髓神经功能的恢复。
