摘要
赫尔巴特被誉为"科学教育学的奠基人",他的教育管理思想对许多国家产生了直接而深刻的影响。针对目前中职学校的课堂管理问题,文章借鉴了其重要思想,进而提出了改进现状的一些想法和措施。
Herbart is known as ＂the founder of scientific pedagogy＂ and his management theory has a direct and profound effect on many countries.Aiming at the problem of classroom management in secondary vocational schools at present,in this paper I borrow ideas from Herbart＇s important thoughts and then puts forward some new ideas and improvements.
