摘要
高校学生工作最重的要算第一年。一个班级的风气往往在第一学年,甚至在第一学期年就已经定型,班风一旦形成就很难改变,所以在第一学年要狠抓班级建设。新生班的班级建设特点包括工作时间的紧迫性、班级建设工作的前瞻性以及各项班级工作的不确定性。本文结合新生班的情况和事务,浅谈各项工作的开展情况。
The first year is the most important one about students work.The ethos of a class is often in the first year,even in the first semester had already formed.The class style is difficult to change once formed.So in the first year,we should pay close attention to the class construction.The features of new classes＇ construction include time urgency,class building forwardlooking,and the uncertainty of the class work.Reference to the new classes＇ situations and details,the article discussed how to carry through the student work of new class.
