创建优秀班集体是高职高专院校人才培养的基本需要和保证。始终把思想教育摆在首位。从新生入学开始,通过班委建设、定期班会、"第二课堂"等途径营造良好班风;做好学生未来的职业规划;点面结合,以点带面,全面发展。
The construction of outstanding class is the necessity and guarantee to the talent training in higher vocational colleges. It requires a good class spirit built with the help of class committee, regular class meeting and off-class education from the very beginning and focuses on the ideological education and the student＇s career planning in an all-round way.
