摘要
随着高等教育的大众化,提高教学质量,改革课堂教学势在必行。图书馆是教师、学生学习和研究的场所。由于地方高校管理体制和运行机制的特殊性及图书管理人员素质、服务理念、服务水平等因素的制约,图书馆服务功能存在不足。为此,需要以课堂教学为契机,转变服务理念,全方位充实服务内容,营造和谐的服务氛围,提高图书馆为教学和科研服务的水平。
With the popularization of higher education,it＇s imperative to improve the quality of teaching and innovate the mode of classroom teaching.Library which is one important part of university is regarded as the heart of university,because library is the place for teachers and students to learn and study.However,owing to the particularity of management systems and operating mechanism of local university,and the restriction of librarians＇ quality,service philosophy and service level,there are still deficiencies in their service.Therefore we should take the classroom teaching as clues improve the level of library＇s service of teaching and scientific research by changing service philosophy,enhancing service content in all-around aspects,building harmonious atmosphere,etc.
