脑血管意外濒死期体温变化的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脑血管意外濒死期的体温变化与大脑细胞受损的相关性。方法:回顾分析了本院急诊科1994~2003年留观死亡660例,并对脑血管意外组濒死期的体温与非脑血管意外组濒死期的体温进行对照。脑血管意外组死亡人数为300例,非脑血管意外组死亡人数为360例。结果:脑血管意外组濒死期体温升高者达到279例,中枢性高热占219例,而非脑血管意外组濒死期体温升高者仅有9例,无中枢性高热。脑血管意外组濒死期发生体温升高明显多于非脑血管意外组,两组对照差异有统计学意义,P<0.001。结论:脑血管意外濒死期出现中枢性发热与脑血管意外所致大脑细胞受损存在一定的相关性。 Objective:To explore the correlation of cerebrovascular accident agonal stage causing body temperature changes with brain cells damaged.Methods:Retrospective analyzed the datum of observation death 660 cases at emergency department during 1994-2003 years,on the comparison to cerebrovascular accident agonal stage of body temperature and not cerebrovascular accident agonal stage of the body temperature.Cerebrovascular accident group of death toll for 300 cases,not cerebrovascular accident group death toll for 360 cases.Results:Cerebrovascular accident group agonal stage of the body temperature rise of 279 cases,central high fever occupy were 219 cases,not cerebrovascular accident the body temperature to rise only 9 cases,no central high fever.Cerebrovascular accident group agonal stage happen body temperature than more not cerebrovascular accident group.Two groups of control significant difference,P〈0.001.Conclusion:Cerebrovascular accident agonal stage appear central fever with cerebrovascular accident caused by certain brain cells damaged exist the correlation.
