摘要
对 12例中枢性发热 (A组 )和 2 8例不伴中枢性发热 (B组 )的急性脑出血患者及 2 0例正常对照组 (C组 )进行心率变异性 (HRV)分析 ,结果显示 :(1)A、B两组的HRV均较C组显著下降 ,表明急性脑出血后的交感神经和迷走神经活性降低 ,植物神经功能受损。 (2 )A组HRV较B组显著下降 ,提示伴发热的急性脑出血患者植物神经功能受损更严重。这可能是急性脑出血中枢性发热的机制之一 ,对急性脑出血的定位、临床治疗、预后、以及与感染性发热的鉴别均有良好的指导意义。
This study using heart rate variability (HRV) analysis method investigated the changes of autonomic (sympathetic and vagal) nerve function in patients with fever(group A,n=12)and without fever (group B,n=28) after acute brain hemorrhage.The results showed (1)the HRV (SDNN,TF,LF and HF) both in group A and B decreased compared with that in control group (P<0 01)significantly;(2) The HRV in group A decreased much compared with that in group B(P<0 01). This study suggested:(1) autonomic nerve function in patients with acute brain hemorrhage was damaged;(2) autonomic nerve function in patients with fever after acute brain hemorrhage was damaged more severe.
