摘要
目的研究疤痕子宫人工流产术中应用B超监护加米索前列醇的临床价值。方法选择2010年1月-2011年2月我院收治的剖宫产术后两年内早孕,要求无痛人流终止妊娠的120名健康孕妇,孕龄在7～10周(孕囊平均直径≥15mm),随机平均分为2组进行前瞻性对比分析。研究组术前2h阴道应用米索前列醇0.4mg﹔对照组行常规人流术,两组对象术中均予B超监护。结果观察组有效宫颈松弛例数多,术中出血量少,手术时间较短。结论剖宫产术后两年内疤痕子宫人流术中应用B超监护加米索前列醇对软化宫颈,缩短手术时间,减少出血,降低术后并发症,增加手术的安全性,均取得较理想的效果。
【Objective】 To observe the effects of misoprostol combined with ultrasonic guidance in cicatricial uterus after artificial abortion.【Methods】 One hundred twenty women of early pregnancy with artificial abortion were randomly assigned to two groups in a prospectively comparative study.They were re-pregnancy in less than two years after a caesarean.60 cases in group A were administered misoprostol 400ug vaginally two hours before operation;60 cases in group B were not administered any doses of misoprostoI.All of the two groups under ultrasonic guidance.【Results】 There was significant difference in percentage of cervicaI dilation between group A and B.The amount of bleeding during operation was（28.13±15.67） ml in group A and was（19.18±12.40）ml in group B;and the duration of the operation was（208.93±113.27） sec.in group A and was（158.93±90.38） sec.in group B;the diference was significant comparing the indexes of the two groups（P0.01）.【Conclusion】 It is safety and efficacy for cervical softening with misoprostol 400ug vaginally taken by 2 hours before operation,and helpful to decrease the amount of bleeding and shorten the time of operation.It is valuable in clinical treatment.
