摘要
目的:观察凉血消风散治疗亚急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将240例亚急性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组120例,采用中药凉血消风散煎服;对照组120例采用盐酸左西替利嗪片及扑尔敏口服;两组均以7 d为1疗程,4个疗程判定疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为75.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉血消风散治疗亚急性湿疹临床疗效安全有效。
Objective： To observe the cool blood away the wind scattered the clinical efficacy of treatment subacute eczema.Methods： 240 patients with subacute eczema patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 120 examples,use of Chinese medicine cool blood away the wind scattered Fried clothing;Among the 120 patients with left for the west hydrochloric acid and flapping＇s sensitivity of both oral;Both groups with 7 d for 1,a course of treatment 4 judge curative effect.Results： the total effective rate of treatment group is 93.3% and 75.8% in control group,two groups of comparisons,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： cool blood away the wind scattered treatment subacute eczema clinical curative effect is safe and effective.
