摘要
目的观察血液灌流联合连续性静-静脉血液滤过对重度有机磷农药中毒患者的临床疗效及胆碱酯酶活力的影响,探讨血液灌流(HP)联合连续性静-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)患者的治疗效果。方法 12例重症有机磷农药中毒患者采用血液灌流联合CVVH模式治疗,比较患者治疗前后清醒平均时间和治疗前、HP模式治疗2h及HP+CVVH治疗10h后血清胆碱酯酶活性监测。结果 HP联合CVVH治疗后的重度有机磷中毒(AOPP)患者的临床指标与治疗前比较明显改善,血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)水平明显升高。结论 HP联合CVVH治疗可以改善AOPP患者的临床指标,明显升高血清CHE,改善AOPP患者的预后。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of hemoperfusion（HP） plus continuous venovenous hemofiltration（CVVH） on patients with acute organophosphorous insecticides poisoning（AOPP） and choline esterase.Methods Twelve patients with AOPP underwent HP＋CVVH treatment.The average sober time and CHE 2 h after HP and 10 h after HP＋CVVH were compared.Results The clinical indexes were improved after HP＋CVVH treatment and the levels of CHE were higher than those before HP＋CVVH.Conclusion HP＋CVVH can improve clinical indexes and increase the levels of CHE in patients of AOPP,and increase the survival rate of AOPP patients.
