The use of hemoperfusion in acute and severe organophosphate poisoning

摘要血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷中毒已有数十载,但到目前为止国内外仍对其疗效存在较大争议。本文就血液灌流的发展、在有机磷中毒方面的应用和目前主要争议问题,以及应用前景做一简要综述。 Hemoperfusion has been used in acute and severe organophosphate poisoning for several decades,but up to now its therapeutic effect is still not sure at home and abroad. In this article, the development of hemoperfusion, its use in organophosphate poisoning and the disputing questions such as the recovery of the plasma cholinesterase activity,the dosage of atropine, and the clinical effect and so on , as well as potential application are briefly reviewed.
