摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在宫颈癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:对40例经手术病理证实为宫颈癌患者的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果:40例宫颈癌患者中,28例探及不均质肿块,2例宫颈肥大、内回声欠均匀,2例宫颈仅见强光斑,8例超声检查无异常,应用彩色多普勒可探及血液信号32例,未测及明显血流信号8例。血流阻力指数RI测值:0.30～0.75,平均0.43。结论:彩色多普勒超声在宫颈癌诊断、鉴别诊断、术前分期以及术后复发和放疗前后的观察等方面有肯定的临床应用价值。
Objective： To explore the color doppler ultrasound in thediagnosis of cervical cancer value. Methods： 40 cases of pathologically confirmed patients withcervical cancer were retrospectively analyzed sonographic. Results： Among the 40 cases of cervical cancer, 28 cases of exploration andheterogeneous mass, 2 cases of cervical hypertrophy, due touniform internal echo, 2 cases of cervical see the strong spot, eightcases of ultrasound examination was normal, it could be detected by color doppler signal and blood 32 cases, and obviously did not measure blood flow in 8 cases. Vascular resistance index RI measured value： 0.30 to 0.75, the average of 0.43. Conclusion： Color doppler ultrasound in cancer diagnosis, differential diagnosis, preoperative staging and postoperative recurrence and radiation therapy before and after the observationhas a positive clinical value.
