摘要
目的探讨超声检查在宫颈癌的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析40例宫颈癌的超声检查结果及血流动力学改变,其中,I期4例,II期12例,III期15例,IV期9例。结果宫颈癌超声表现有:宫颈体积增大、回声不均匀,宫颈肿块、宫腔积液;宫体、阴道受侵、宫旁浸润;盆腔脏器侵犯及淋巴结转移。34例可探及肿瘤周边或瘤体内高速低阻型血流信号。结论超声是浸润型宫颈癌诊治的一种简单有效的检查方法。宫颈癌确诊主要依赖于细胞学和组织学检查,超声检查的目的主要是观察肿瘤的浸润和转移情况,协助临床分期、指导治疗和观察疗效。
Objective To study the clinical applications of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical carcinoma. Methods 40 patients suffered from cervical carcinoma were examined with ultrasonography. Among them, 4 cases were in stage Ⅰ, 12 cases in stage Ⅱ, 15 cases in stage Ⅲ and 9 cases in stage Ⅳ. Results The ultrasonic characteristics of invasive cervical carcinoma were enlarged cervical size, irregular cervical shape and cervical mass. The other findings were uterus, vaginal and para-uterine invasion. Most of the tumors showed blood flow features of high velocity and low resistant. Conclusion The ultrasonography was an simple and effective method in the diagnosis of cervical carcinoma. Although the final diagnosis of cervical carcinoma was depended on cytology and pathology, ultrasonography was helpful in the clinical stage, deciding treatment strategy and monitoring treatment responses.
