摘要
目的:探讨高通量血液透析对维持性血液透析患者分子毒素的影响。方法:检测维持性血液透析患者第1次接受高通量血液透析前,第3个月及第6个月时肾功能、C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素6及β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)等分子毒素含量。结果:维持性血液透析患者在接受高通量血液透析治疗前后肾功能基本维持于稳定状态,上述分子毒素明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:高通量血液透析可有效清除维持性血液透析患者体内分子毒素,改善其体内微炎症状态。
Objective: To research the changes of molecular toxins of maintenance hemodialysis patients using high-flux hemodialysis. Methods: Tested the CRP, IL-6 and β2-MG of maintenance hemodialysis patients first accept high-flux hemodialysis before, after 3 months and 6 months treatment. Results: The kidney function of maintenance hemodialysis patients could maintain stable state which using high-flux hemodialysis before and after treatment. And the molecular toxin was significantly reduced (P0.05). Conclusion: Using high-flux hemodialysis can effectively remove blood molecular poison of maintenance hemodialysis patients, improve the body micro inflammation state.
