用均匀设计法优选菟丝子总黄酮提取工艺 被引量:3

Extracting Technology of Total Flavonoids from China Dodder by Uni-Form Design Method

摘要 目的:优选提取菟丝子总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用紫外分光光度法(波长500nm)测定菟丝子总黄酮的浸提率,以总黄酮的浸提率为考察指标,采用均匀设计法研究提取温度、固液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度4个因素对菟丝子总黄酮提取效果的影响,并对其优化。结论:均匀设计法优化提取工艺简单、稳定、可行,最终优化条件为:提取时间60min,提取温度80℃,固液比1:10,乙醇浓度52%。 To decide the optimal conditions of total flavonoids extraction from China Dodder.To determine the diffusion rate of total flavonoids in the way of ultraviolet spectrophotometry(λ=500nm).Taking diffusion rate of total flavonoids as investigation index,the effects on extraction temperature,rate between solid and fluid,extraction time,and concentration of ethanol of total flavonoids extraction from Cuscuta chinensis Lam were,and optimized studied in the way of homogeneous design.It is proved to be simple,stable and feasible for optimize extraction technology in the way of homogeneous design.The optimal conditions embrace extraction time is 60min,extraction temperature is 80℃,ratio between solid and fluid is 1:100 and concentration of ethanol is 52%.
