摘要
针对杀菌过程控制效果不理想和生产效率低下的问题,提出了一种基于西门子组态软件WinCC和Profibus-DP总线的控制方法。构建了国内第一套工业以太网和Profibus-DP总线双层网络的多台杀菌釜协同监控系统。系统的总线完成现场设备数据采集,通过工业以太网传递给上位监控计算机,利用WinCC实现多台杀菌釜全自动化协调控制。现场运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,设计方案对食品饮料行业类似杀菌生产线的监控具有推广应用价值。
In view of the problem of sterilization process control effect is not ideal and the production efficiency is low,a new kind of control method based on Siemens configuration software WinCC and the Profibus-DP was proposed.Applying a double-network of Ethernet and the Profibus-DP field bus,a multiple-autoclave monitoring system was setup,which was the first set in home.The data from field devices was acquired by the field bus,and transfered to the control computer through Ethernet.Cooperative and automatic control of multiple-autoclaves was realized.Field operation results shows that the system is steady and reliable.The system has a certain application value for similar sterilizer process lines in food and beverage industry.
