摘要
介绍了临濮线SCADA系统升级改造后,在对系统进行现场功能测试时,发现SCADA系统安全联锁保护产生误动作现象,从系统处理方法、系统回路和运行环境3个方面,结合SCA-DA系统的组成原理及现场实际情况分析了产生误动作的原因及处理方法,通过对相关数据和设备的整改,解决了系统的误动作问题,确保了系统的安全、可靠运行,提高企业经济效益。
After the upgrade of SCADA system in Lin-Pu oil pipeline, false action of SCADA system safety interlock protection was found when the system was under functional testing. Malfunction causes and treatment methods were analyzed from three aspects of system solving approach, system loop and run environment, combined with the principle of SCADA system components and the situation on-site. Malfunction problem of the system was resolved by rectification of data and equipment to make sure the system running safely and reliable, so as to improve the economic efficiency of enterprise.
