摘要
目的总结某"三防"医学救援队在广州亚运会期间执行核化生监测与应急处置备勤的做法,为今后开展类似工作提供经验。方法根据亚运安保形势、任务及联合备勤的特点,探索搞好多样化军事任务中核化生监测与应急处置备勤的方法、步骤。结果此次亚运会备勤任务圆满完成的经验是:掌控亚运会核化生恐怖袭击形势,细化"三防"医学救援安保备勤的职责任务,熟悉核化生监测与应急处置的方法步骤,强化安保备勤应急处置能力建设。结论根据任务特点,有针对性地开展备勤是完成多样化军事任务的重要保证。
Objective To summary the measures of surveillance of NBC and emergency preparedness in Guangzhou Asia Game for the development of similar work experience.Methods According to the security situation and task characteristics,exploring the steps and methods of completing diversified military missions.Results The effective experience included controlling the situation of terror,familiar with the emergency management steps,detailing the tasks of the medical rescue of NBC injuries,and strengthening ability construction.Conclusion Targeted work is the important guarantee to completing diversified military missions.
