摘要
结合卫生信息化工作的实际,系统地介绍了制定卫生信息化建设规划的目的、要素、基本理论与方法、步骤、值得注意的问题。提高卫生信息化建设规划的质量,推动卫生信息化建设的进程。
Combined with the actual conditions of medical information ,the article systematically discusses the aim ,factors ,basic theory and methods ,steps about programming the esta blishment of medical information .
