摘要
研究目的:定量分析生态用地配置对土地集约利用的直接与间接影响效应。研究方法:通径分析及实证研究。研究结果:(1)生态用地与其他影响因素之间存在显著性差异,在土地集约利用评价体系中应单独作为一项指标;(2)生态用地配置对土地集约利用的直接影响效应为负,对土地集约利用的间接影响效应为正,对土地集约利用的综合影响效应为正。研究结论:合理配置生态用地数量、科学规划生态用地布局是提高开发区土地集约利用的有效方法。
The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively analyze the direct and indirect effects of the ecological land allocation on the land intensive use. Methods of path analysis and empirical study were used. The results indicate： （ 1 ） the significant test results of ecological land is 0.0002, less than 0.05. It means that there are significant differences between ecological land and other influential factors. So ecological land should be an independent index; （2） the path coefficient of ecological land is -0.226, indicating that the direct impact of ecological land on land intensive use is negative; （3） the indirect path coefficient of ecological land is 0.415, indicating that the indirect impact of ecological land on land intensive use is positive;（4） the simple correlation coefficient of ecological land is 0.189, indicating that thecomprehensive impact of ecological land on land intensive use is positive. It is concluded that allocating the amount of ecological land reasonably and planning the spatial distribution scientifically were effective ways of improving the intensity of land use in development zones.
