摘要
目的观察星状神经节阻滞在治疗头面部带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效。方法 32例头面部带状疱疹神经痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组16例,对照组给予疼痛科常规抗病毒、消炎镇痛及营养神经等药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用星状神经节阻滞。结果与治疗前比较,治疗15天时两组患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)明显下降(P<0.05),但治疗组的VAS明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论星状神经节阻滞是治疗头面部带状疱疹神经痛的一种行之有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block on patients with herpetic neuralgia in the head and the face.Methods： Thirty-two patients with herpetic neuralgia in the head and the face were randomly divided into the control group and research group.Both two groups were treated with traditional treatment.The research group was added with stellate ganglion block.Results： After 15 days treatment,the VAS scores of both of the two groups were lower than that before treatment（P0.05）;but the VAS scores of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： Stellate ganglion block is a good treatment for patient with herpetic neuralgia in the head and the face.
