摘要
目的本研究的目的在于探讨两种治疗方法联合应用的临床价值，效果评定以及推广应用的前景。方法本研究选择了60例患者，第一组为治疗组30例，行星状神经节阻滞加服加巴喷丁。第二组30例为对照组应用星状神经节阻滞伍用非甾体消炎止痛药。结果显示治疗组VAS评分低于对照组且不良反应减少。结论星状神经节阻滞伍用加巴喷丁治疗头面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛是一种比较有效的治疗方法，值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the combination of two methods of clinical value, effectiveness evalu- ation, as well as promote the use of the future. Methods Due to restrictions on the number of cases, this study selected 60 patients, the first group for the treatment of 30 cases, planetary-like ganglion block increases clothes gabapentin.
