摘要
阐述了苦豆子组织培养过程中不同外植体诱导愈伤组织的效果差别、培养基选取和优化、植物生长调节剂浓度和配比等因素的作用影响,总结了苦豆子组织培养的研究现状,对苦豆子组织培养中存在的主要问题进行了探讨。
Effect of callus-induction from different explants during tissue culture of Sophora alopecuroides L. was described, as well as culture medium selection and optimization, factors on growth regulator concentration and proportion. The paper summarized the research of Sophora cdopecuroides L. tissue culture. Main problems and development direction of Sophora alopeeuroides L. tissue culture research were also discussed.
