摘要 针对现有高速公路隧道交通事件检测方法受隧道运营环境影响所导致的实时性和可靠性问题,提出了一种基于RFID技术的隧道交通事件检测方法,并基于组件设计的思想进行了应用系统的软硬件设计和实现,保证了系统运行时的稳定性、实时性、可靠性和可配置性。系统拟在浙江黄衢南高速公路江都坞隧道进行应用工程示范。该方法利用用于多义性路径识别的高速公路RFID通行卡,不会改变目前高速公路的管理模式,可更大限度地发挥RFID高速公路通行卡的效率。 According to real-time and reliability problems of traffic incident detection method caused by environmental impact of expressway tunnel, a new method based on RFID technology is proposed. The idea of component-based design has been applied to the system hardware and software design and implementation to ensure the stability, real-time, reliability and configurability of traffic incident detection system. Based on RFID-Expressway-Pass-Card for ambiguous path identification, an attempt to apply Traffic Automatic Incident Detection System to Jiangduwu Tunnel of Huang-Qu- Nan Expressway of Zhejiang Province is included. By using Automatic Incident Detection Algorithm based on RFID-Expressway-Pass-Card, the method will not change the current expressway management model and will extend the efficiency of RFID-expressway-Pass-Card.
