摘要
通过对高职教师专业发展现状的调查发现,高职教师专业发展内涵理解偏颇、专业发展内容缺乏职教针对性、专业发展方式缺乏开放性、专业发展评价缺乏激励性,其主要原因是高职教师缺乏专业发展意识,为此建议构建高职教师反思型校本培训模式。
The paper investigates the status of professional development of higher vocational teachers and it is found from the investigation that the on-job vocational teachers has a partial understanding to the connotation of their professional development and therefore their trained content is absent of vocational pertinence,their development is in a narrow way and the evaluation method to their development lacks inspiring measures.In view of the above,the author suggests that the mode of school-based reflective training be stressed.
