摘要
高职院校社科类论文标题有其自身的特点,其英语翻译的表述方式、语言风格和词汇特点均与它类文体翻译不同。针对此,论述职业教育社科论文标题翻译的特点,提出了"达意性"和"简约性"两大翻译原则和策略。
The paper titles of social science have their own characteristics and therefore,the English versions of such titles are quite different from those in other styles in expressing ways,language style and word choice.The paper discusses the characteristics of the paper titles of social science and proposes two principles and strategies in translating such titles： faithfulness and brevity.
