摘要
为了充分发挥环丙沙星在兽医临床上的效果,克服其半衰期短和连续用药导致的不良反应,研制了一种复方环丙沙星乳剂。采用油乳剂灭活疫苗抗原缓释技术与药物乳剂制备技术相结合,将环丙沙星和乳酸TMP按5∶1比例制备成一种油乳剂,并对其性状及稳定性进行研究。用复方环丙沙星注射液作为对照,进行了该乳剂对5种细菌的体外抑菌试验。结果表明:复方环丙沙星乳剂为淡黄色、油乳状,pH值为6.3~6.6,颗粒平均大小为7.6μm,稳定性良好;复方环丙沙星乳剂对5种细菌的MIC值和MBC值显著强于复方环丙沙星注射液(P<0.01)。
In order to investigate the efficiency of ciprofloxacin in clinical application and to overcome the shortcomings of the short half-life period that resulted in continuous medication, the long-acting prepa- ration of compound ciprofloxacin emulsion was successfully developed by combining the technology of the oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine antigen release with drug emulsion preparation. That is the oil emulsion was made by mixed the ciprofloxacin and trimethoprim lactic acid with the ratio of 5 : 1. Besides, properties and stability were also studied. The compound ciprofloxacin injection was used as the control group whereas five kinds of bacteria were used for in vitro antibacterial test. The results showed that the compound ciprofloxacin emulsion, which was in a primrose yellow, oil emulsion state with pH 6.3-6.6 and 7.6 μm average particle size, owed a good stability. The MIC and MBC values for five kinds bacteria of compound ciprofloxacin emulsion was significantly greater than that of compound ciprofloxacin injection (P〈0.01).
